Busch inherits Michigan pole

Kyle Busch is hoping that a good starting position on Sunday will help make up for a last place finish last week at Pocono.

Busch will start on the pole for Sunday's LifeLock 400 at Michigan International Speedway after qualifying was washed out due to rain on Friday.

Jeff Burton will also start on the front row while Dale Earnhardt Jr., Carl Edwards and Denny Hamlin round out the top five.

Edwards won this race last year.

Greg Biffle was one of the last cars to take to the track in qualifying before the rain came.

"It's really exciting to drive these cars, they are really fast," said Biffle, who will start seventh. "I love this race track and have run good every time I've been here. It's going to put on a great race here this weekend with this new car."
