The session went much cleaner that its predecessor.
After topping the charts in the first two practice sessions of the weekend, Kasey Kahne came one spot short of sweeping all three. The man that denied him was fellow Chevrolet driver Kurt Busch, who led Happy Hour with a 15.043 second lap.
Stewart-Haas Racing not only went quickest, but also held the best five, ten, and twenty lap averages. David Ragan, Jeff Gordon, and Brad Keselowski rounded out the rest of the top five.
Eight tens separated the 43-car field with Alex Kennedy the slowest. Unlike the earlier session from today, there were no incidents of note as teams gave their cars a final shakedown before tomorrow's 500 lap race.
