Logano held off Kevin Harvick and Dale Earnhardt Jr. on the final lap.
Daytona Beach, Fla. - Team Penske's Joey Logano has emerged victorious in the 57th running of the Daytona 500. The 24-year-old was able to hold off a charge from former 500 champions Kevin Harvick and Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Denny Hamlin and Jimmie Johnson rounded out the top five. The rest of the top ten was filled out by Casey Mears, Clint Bowyer, Martin Truex Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Greg Biffle.
The race ended with a crash that took out Jeff Gordon, as well as many others on the back stretch.
