The No. 25 Hendrick Motorsports team with driver Jerry Nadeau, will head to Talladega this weekend with a new crew chief. Tony Furr left the job earlier today.

Furr held the crew chief position since 1998 and guided Nadeau to score his first NASCAR Winston Cup Series win at Atlanta in 2000.

Ken Howes will fill in as an interim crew chief. Howes currently works with Hendrick Motorsports as the competition director for the organization's Winston Cup and Busch Series teams.
