In the Xfinity series, three teams were found in violation of NASCAR’s lug nut policy following Friday night’s race.

Matt Swiderski, crew chief for Team Penske’s No. 12 Ford driven last week by Austin Cindric, has been suspended for three races and fined $20,000 after the car was found to have at least three unsecured or missing lug nuts. The team will lose 35 driver and owner points.

Brian Wilson, crew chief, for Team Penske’s No. 22 Ford driven last week by Joey Logano, has been suspended one race and fined $10,000 after two unsecured or missing lug nuts.

Also in the Xfinity Series, Jason Miller, crew chief for the No. 76 team and driver Spencer Boyd, has been suspended three races and fined $20,000 after the car was found to have at least three unsecured or missing lug nuts after the race. The team also loses 35 driver and owner points.

In the Truck series, crew chief Danny Gill, truck chief Melvin Burns Jr. and mechanic William Guinade, who all work on the No. 68 truck driven by Clay Greenfield, have been suspended three races for added ballast coming loose off the truck during a practice session.

Also, Junior Joiner, crew chief for driver Matt Crafton and the No. 88 Ford, was fined $2,500 for one unsecured or missing lug nut following the race.
