SCOTT RIGGS (No. 10 Valvoline/Stanley Tools Dodge Charger)

"We're pretty happy with the way we qualified here. We wanted to be a little better, but we wound up 14th. We wanted to get in the top 10, but that's OK. We're in the show. We've got a good car. We want to come out of here with a solid run. I want to come out of here with a top 10. The team says a top 15, but that won't be satisfactory to me. We're going to take care of the car. We've got a brand new car we tested at Vegas. Hopefully we can learn a little bit here."

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO WIN HERE? "Your car has got to turn good and get through the corners. It always seems to get tight here in the center of the corners. You need a good balanced car. We missed Daytona because of circumstances, and we're 44th in points coming into this race. That's the way I look at it. At least we've got a good race car to take to Talladega, and we all learned a valuable lesson at Daytona. Some of the guys who made the race are 42nd or 41st in points and have a wrecked racecar to show for it."

DO YOU SEE ANY SLEEPERS FOR TOMORROW? "You're going to have to beat the same guys. Kurt Busch really put down a great lap in qualifying yesterday. At least it's a Dodge and it's in the family. I think Kasey Kahne's got a really good car, and he'll be tough. Hopefully we can stay out of trouble and be there at the end, too."
