Paul Menard on Dover: "Dover is a tough track and can drive you crazy if you let it. It's a fun 400 miles if your car is handling the way you want it to, but if it's not, it can seem like the longest three and a half hours of your life. I've had some decent finishes there in the past and this is a place I like to race, so hopefully we can get ourselves near the front for qualifying and go from there."

Crew Chief Slugger Labbe's Thoughts on Dover International Speedway: "Dover is a really fun track. The speeds are high and there's a ton of banking and it's really just a unique place. Plus, you've got the horse track and the casino and there's a lot to do in the area. I actually wish we raced there four times a year.

"The track has expansion joints in the surface. As the race goes on, the expansion joints will fill with rubber and the front tires will get to bouncing, so we have to be careful not to be too aggressive with the shock package. We fought loose last time we were there so we're going to make some adjustments to the package that we bring in an effort to combat that problem. Track position is really important, but there are opportunities to pass. You have to be able to run at the top and the bottom so you can take advantages of those opportunities when the time comes."

Chassis History: Crew chief Slugger Labbe and the No. 98 RPM crew have prepared chassis No. 556 for this weekend's event. This car was last utilized in the race at Chicagoland Speedway where Menard qualified inside the top 10 and remained there during the race. It was also run in the spring race at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway.

Menard will be back behind the wheel of the No. 98 Ford Fusion in the NASCAR Nationwide Series after having the last weekend off. Menard has competed in every Nationwide race this season.
