Sadler on The Monster Mile: "I'm looking forward to Dover for several reasons. This No. 19 Stanley Ford team is really fighting hard to move ahead in the points and get the finishes I know we're capable of. We're getting there but there's more work to do. I've had some really strong runs with some top-10 finishes at Dover. I've also been able to qualify well there, which helps you with track position from the drop of the green flag.
"Personally this weekend, with Autism Speaks on board as part of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race sponsor, is special for me and my family. Through the Sadler Foundation, we work to help raise awareness about autism and draw support for autism related charities. Not only this No. 19 Stanley team, but all my Richard Petty Motorsports teammates are partnering with the folks at Dover to run a special Autism Speaks decal on our Ford Fusions. I'm really excited about that and proud to have all of us supporting such an important cause.
"This weekend is going to be special for all of us at Richard Petty Motorsports. The No. 43 team is running a cool paint scheme as a tribute to The King and his induction into the NASCAR Hall of Fame next weekend. Richard is also going to be the Grand Marshal for Sunday's race. You know he has quite a record at Dover, scoring not only the first win there but being tied for the most wins. I know I want to get back to Victory Lane, but this weekend, whether it's AJ (Allmendinger) in the No. 43 or Kasey (Kahne) or Paul Menard or myself, it would be flat out cool to win one for Richard Petty and Richard Petty Motorsports."
Crew Chief Wally Rogers' Thoughts on Dover: "Dover is probably what I would call my home track, so I take a lot of pride when I go there. There will be a lot of family members and friends there throughout the weekend. It'd be great to get Elliott and this No. 19 Stanley team into Victory Lane.
"Dover is fast, it's Bristol on steroids. It's fast but it's very particular. It's easy to be too loose in to be able to get through the middle. That's usually the thing that you struggle with because you can help it in the middle but it frees the entry up so much. It's like driving off into a hole."
Chassis History: The No. 19 Stanley Ford Fusion team led by crew chief Wally Rogers has prepared chassis No. 652. This is a brand new Ford Fusion specifically for this weekend's event at Dover (Del.) International Speedway.
Notes: Crew Chief Wally Rogers is from Middletown, New Jersey and considers Dover his home track. Middletown is about three hours northeast of Dover, Delaware.
