BILL ELLIOTT (No. 9 Dodge Dealers Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Elliott will race his Charlotte chassis at Pocono. He qualified fourth and finished 26th in the Coca-Cola 600. Fresh off a ninth-place finish last week at Michigan that moved him from 19th to 16th in the NASCAR Winston Cup Standings (NWCS), Elliott will be gunning for his fifth career victory at Pocono. The 45-year-old driver from Dawsonville, Ga., is tied with Rusty Wallace for most victories by active drivers at Pocono with four. Elliott finished 38th last June at Pocono. In 36 career starts at Pocono, Elliott has four wins, 12 top fives and 20 top 10s.

JOHN ANDRETTI (No. 43 Cheerios Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Andretti will race a brand new Dodge Intrepid R/T chassis at Pocono. The 38-year-old Bethlehem, Pa., native started second and finished 21st last June at Pocono. He finished 37th last week at Michigan and ranks 30th in the NWCS.

WARD BURTON (No. 22 Caterpillar Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Burton will race his California chassis at Pocono. Burton was running in the top 10 at California just 27 laps from the finish when an accident sidelined his Dodge Intrepid, relegating him to a 42nd-place finish. Burton finished 27th last June at Pocono and 38th last week at Michigan. The 39-year-old driver from South Boston, Va., ranks 19th in the NWCS after 14 of 36 events on the 2001 schedule.

CASEY ATWOOD (No. 19 Dodge Dealers Dodge Intrepid R/T)

The 20-year-old Raybestos rookie of the year contender from Nashville, Tenn., will bring his Michigan chassis to Pocono. Atwood finished 30th last week at Michigan and ranks 33rd in the NWCS. He's fourth in the six-driver rookie standings.

KYLE PETTY (No. 45 Sprint Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Petty will be making his 594th career start at Pocono driving the same chassis that the team used at Dover. Petty finished 27th last week at Michigan and 41st last June at Pocono. In 37 career starts at Pocono, Petty has one victory, two top fives and 12 top 10s. He's ranked 44th in the NWCS.

STACY COMPTON (No. 92 Kodiak Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Compton will race chassis No. 28 at Pocono. He finished 27th with it earlier this season at Las Vegas. Compton, a 34-year-old driver from Grit, Va., finished 37th last June at Pocono in his first Cup start at the 2.5-mile track. He failed to qualify for the first time this season last week at Michigan. Compton ranks 35th in the NWCS.

JASON LEFFLER (No. 01 Cingular Wireless Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Leffler will bring a brand new chassis to Pocono. The 25-year-old Long Beach, Calif., native finished 19th last week at Michigan, his second straight top-20 performance. He ranks 36th in the NWCS and fifth in the Raybestos Rookie of the Year race.

BUCKSHOT JONES (No. 44 Georgia Pacific Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Jones will bring Petty Enterprises chassis No. 17 to Pocono. The team used the chassis earlier this season at Richmond. Jones finished 36th last week at Michigan and ranks 39th in the NWCS.

DAVE BLANEY (No. 93 Amoco Ultimate Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Fresh off an eighth-place run last week at Michigan, Blaney will bring chassis No. 5 to Pocono. It's the same chassis the team ran earlier this season at Atlanta, Texas and California. Blaney led three times for 70 laps at Atlanta and scored his career-best finish at Texas with a sixth-place performance. An accident in practice at Lowe's Motor Speedway temporarily sidelined chassis No. 5, but crew chief Doug Randolph says the car will be as good as new for the Pocono 500. Blaney finished 30th as a rookie last June at Pocono, and he ranks 26th in the NWCS. Blaney ranks second among the 10 Dodge drivers with three top-10 finishes in 14 starts this season.

STERLING MARLIN (No. 40 Coors Light Dodge Intrepid R/T)

Marlin will bring his workhorse to Pocono. He drove the same Intrepid chassis earlier this season at Las Vegas, Atlanta, California and Charlotte in the Coca-Cola 600. Chassis No. 105 finished third at Las Vegas. Marlin finished third last Sunday in the Kmart 400 at Michigan and moved to third in the series standings, 127 points behind leader Jeff Gordon and 101 points behind runner-up Dale Jarrett. Marlin leads all Dodge drivers with four top fives and eight top 10s in 14 starts this season. The 43-year-old Columbia, Tenn., driver will make his 518th career Winston Cup start on Father's Day Sunday at Pocono. In 31 career starts at the 2.5-mile triangle, Marlin has three top fives and 11 top 10s. He won the pole and finished fourth there in 1999, matching his career-best finish at the triangular track.
