Daytona 500 starting line-up

The field for the Daytona 500 was set Thursday night following the Can-Am Duel races, as was running the order.

The front row of Chase Elliott and Matt Kenseth was determined after qualifying last Sunday. Four open teams also made the race: Ryan Blaney (Duel finish), Matt DiBenedetto (Duel finish), Michael McDowell (qualifying speed), Robert Richardson Jr. (qualifying speed).

Matt Kenseth, Jimmie Johnson, Martin Truex Jr., A.J. Allmendinger, and Brian Scott are all in backup cars and will have to go to the rear before the start of the race.
