Jimmy Johnson of Hendrick Motorsports announces that Andy Graves, 26-year-old formerly asst. crew chief of Terry Labonte's #5 Kellogg's entry, will become crew chief of Ricky Craven's #25 Budweiser Chevy replacing Phil Hammer.

Hammer will remain on the #25 crew; Johnson said this move should not be seen as a demotion or a vote of no-confidence against Hammer. Johnson reminded people that the #25 team ran extremely well in their first outing together, especially considering the necessity of using the team' s backup car for Sunday's Daytona 500. Craven finished in the show position of the Hendrick Team one-two-three sweep of NASCAR premiere event.
