It was a top-10 finish that we probably didn't deserve, but we made some things happen strategy-wise and got a respectable finish. I wanted to win one for my buddy Billy (Passwater), but just came up short."
ELLIOTT SADLER (No. 19 Best Buy Dodge) Finished 12th
"We came a long ways with our Best Buy Dodge since we started on Friday. The guys worked really hard all night trying to give me track position. Our Best Buy Dodge had a push in the early parts of the race, but it got better in the latter parts. We tried to go with a two tire pit stop late, but just didn't have enough for a top-10. A top-12 finish is signs that we're making progress and that's all that matters."
KASEY KAHNE (No. 9 Budweiser Dodge) Finished 15th
"We got 15th. It wasn't a 15th-place car, but with tires and things we did at the end, we made it a 15th-place car. It wasn't a 14th-place car, we finished 15th. The guys did a good job. I stayed in there. It was great teamwork. We just didn't have that good a car tonight. We got everything we could out of the Budweiser Dodge."
BRIAN PATTIE (Crew Chief, Wrigley's Juicy Fruit Slim Pack Dodge) Finished 18th
"We just never really got our car balanced right all race. We kept on trying to work on our Juicy Fruit Dodge to make it better because I thought that we had a strong enough car to run from seventh to 12th. We just never could get it to drive the way we wanted it. Our car was good for the first 30 laps, but after that we just struggled when the tires fell off."
ROBBY GORDON (No. 7 Jim Beam/SaveOurName.com Dodge) Finished 25th
"Track position was huge all night. I got our Jim Beam Dodge inside the top-20, but then I got loose, got into the 70 car and banged up my front fender. From there we struggled and just tried to gain as many positions as we could."
PAT TRYSON (Crew Chief, No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge) Finished 28th
"We were running pretty good, but lost a cylinder. That's been the story of our season. Engines have parts in them and unfortunately, parts break."
PATRICK CARPENTIER (No. 10 LifeLock Dodge) Finished 30th
"I think we learned a lot. We lost a lap early on and I touched the wall there and got behind and could never get it back. We could have gotten the lucky dog there at the end. The car was fast, it was fun to drive and thanks to LifeLock this weekend. But when you start at the back, you're already closer to guys, the leaders, and they caught us too quickly and that was it. It's too bad. The finish should be better, but we'll go to the next one."
SAM HORNISH JR., (No. 77 Mobil 1 Dodge) Finished 37th
"We started off pretty good. We were real happy with the car that first stint and then we didn't keep up with it. I'm not really sure what happened, but it was pretty frustrating night for all of us on the Mobil 1 Dodge. I was really happy the guys gave me some great pit stops tonight and that's probably the only thing that kept us finishing as well as we did. I was really proud of the guys. They worked hard to get pit stops going better. We just need to keep working on the cars. We're not where we want to be. The whole team is not quite where we want to be. We'll keep pushing at it and hopefully we'll get it figured out sooner than later."
