STEVE PARK (No. 1 Pennzoil Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Park will drive the same Monte Carlo at Atlanta that he piloted earlier this season at Indianapolis, the second Michigan and second Charlotte races. Park finished fourth earlier this season at Atlanta, eighth last week at Homestead and ranks 11th in the NASCAR Winston Cup Standings (NWCS).

DALE EARNHARDT (No. 3 GM Goodwrench Service Plus Monte Carlo)
The seven-time NASCAR Winston Cup champion will race a brand new Monte Carlo in Sunday's NAPA 500. Earnhardt edged Bobby Labonte for the victory here in the spring, his ninth career victory at AMS. He finished ninth in the NAPA 500 last year. Earnhardt finished 20th last week at Homestead and dropped to third in the series standings, 19 points behind second-place Jeff Burton. BOBBY HAMILTON (No. 4 Kodak MAX Film Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Making his final start for the Morgan-McClure Motorsports team, Hamilton will drive the same Monte Carlo he piloted earlier this season at Michigan and Charlotte. Hamilton finished 13th here in March and 31st last week at Homestead. He's ranked 31st in the NWCS. BOBBY HAMILTON Jr. (No. 01 Coors Light Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Hamilton Jr. will drive the same Monte Carlo that Sterling Marlin drove earlier this season at Rockingham, Bristol and Dover. Hamilton Jr. made his first NASCAR Winston Cup start last week at Homestead. He qualified 30th and finished 33rd. TERRY LABONTE (No. 5 Kellogg's Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Labonte will race the same chassis used at the second Michigan race this season. The rest of the car is brand new. "We tested at Atlanta and didn't like the car, so we went back and rebuilt it," crew chief Gary DeHart said. It fixs nothing like it was when we raced it at Michigan. We're not giving up." Labonte finished 15th at Atlanta in March, 25th last week at Homestead and ranks 17th in the NWCS. JEFF GORDON (No. 24 DuPont Automotive Finishes Monte Carlo)
Gordon will drive car No. 2440 at Atlanta. It's the same Monte Carlo that won poles earlier this season at Charlotte and Darlington. He also drove it at Indy, Michigan, California. Gordon scored his fourth straight top-10 finish last week at Homestead with a seventh-place run. Gordon finished ninth at Atlanta in March and ranks ninth in the NWCS. JERRY NADEAU (No. 25 Micheal Holigan.com Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Nadeau will race the same Monte Carlo at Atlanta that he drove earlier this season at Indy and Charlotte. Nadeau qualified sixth and finished 42nd earlier this season at Atlanta. He finished 12th last week at Homestead and ranks 23rd in the NWCS.

MICHAEL WALTRIP (No. 7 NationsRent Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Waltrip will drive the same Monte Carlo that he finished 25th with here in March. Waltrip finished 34th last week at Homestead and ranks 28th in the NWCS.

BLAISE ALEXANDER (No. 91 BellSouth Mobility Monte Carlo)
Alexander will drive a brand new Monte Carlo for car owner Joe Falk at Atlanta. The team tested it recently at AMS and Falk says he's optimistic about qualifying for Sunday's race.

GEOFFREY BODINE (No. 35 Bari Italian Foods Monte Carlo)
Bodine will drive the same Andy Petree Racing Monte Carlo that Joe Nemechek piloted in The Winston earlier this year at Lowe's Motor Speedway.

JOE NEMECHEK (No. 33 Oakwood Homes Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Nemechek will drive the same Monte Carlo he drove earlier this season at Indianapolis. Nemechek qualified eighth and finished fifth earlier this season at Atlanta. He finished 18th last week at Homestead and ranks 15th in the NWCS. STERLING MARLIN (No. 40 BellSouth Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Marlin will drive the same Monte Carlo that finished 15th two weeks ago at Phoenix. Marlin finished 12th earlier this season at Atlanta, 26th last week at Homestead and ranks 19th in the NWCS. RICKY CRAVEN (No. 50 Midwest Transit Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Craven will drive the same Monte Carlo that he finished 15th with recently at Rockingham. This will be Craven's first race in 2000 at AMS. HERMIE SADLER (No. 60 Power Team Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Sadler will try again to qualify the Power Team Monte Carlo after coming up short last week at Homestead. It's the same car the team used earlier this season at Charlotte and Texas. DICK TRICKLE (No. 71 Realtree Chevrolet Monte Carlo).
Dave Marcis' father has surgery in Wisconsin and Marcis decided to skip the series finale to be with his father. Trickle will try to qualify the Monte Carlo that failed to make the show last week at Homestead. KENNY WALLACE (No. 55 Square D Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Wallace will race the same Monte Carlo he drove earlier this season at Darlington and Rockingham. Wallace finished 37th earlier this season at Atlanta, 24th last week at Homestead and ranks 27th in the NWCS.

DALE EARNHARDT Jr. (No. 8 Budweiser Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Earnhardt Jr. will drive the same car he won in earlier this season at Texas Motor Speedway. It's also the car he drove in the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte (pole, finished fourth) and the UAW-GM 500 at Charlotte (19th). Earnhardt Jr. qualified second and finished 29th earlier this year at AMS, finished 13th last week at Homestead and ranks 16th in the NWCS.

MIKE SKINNER (No. 31 Lowe's Chevrolet Monte Carlo)
Skinner will make his 144th NASCAR Winston Cup start on Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. He'll drive the same car that led eight times for 191 of 325 laps at Atlanta in March. A broken rod bolt 20 laps from the finish relegated Skinner to a 30th-place finish. Skinner finished 23rd last week at Homestead and ranks 12th in the NWCS. This will be the final race for Skinner's crew chief, Larry McReynolds. He'll be making his 457th start as a crew chief.
