The Elizabeth Ann Coulter Morgenthau Foundation Names Paralyzed Veterans as Beneficiary ... The Elizabeth Ann Coulter Morgenthau Foundation, formed in 1997 by BAM Racing owner Beth Ann Morgenthau, is pleased to announce the addition of Paralyzed Veterans of America as a designated beneficiary of the foundation in 2007. Since its inception, the foundation has established, fostered and encouraged research in the fields of medicine, science, literature, and art and music by making gifts to established colleges, hospitals, schools and foundations.
"I am honored to welcome Paralyzed Veterans as a beneficiary of the Elizabeth Ann Coulter Morgenthau Foundation," said Ms. Morgenthau. "After meeting Randy Pleva in Homestead last year, and understanding the objectives of the organization, I wanted to derive a plan to help them raise funds for spinal cord research. One way to do that is to have my own foundation support their efforts."

"The Coca-Cola 600 is all about endurance. It's a long race where you have to stay focused and drive smart. We are bringing my favorite car to the track this weekend. It's the same car we raced at Atlanta and Texas this year. I feel confident in our qualifying efforts on Thursday and look forward to heightening awareness of Paralyzed Veterans this Memorial Day weekend."
