VIEW FROM THE DRIVER'S SEAT WITH ELLIOTT SADLER:
"I think all of the Winston Cup teams place a huge emphasis on a few races on the schedule and the Coca-Cola 600 is one of them. It's home for almost all of the teams and crew members and there is a great sense of pride for the winner of the 600. The guys work harder in the shop to make sure everything can last that extra 100 miles and we ran an engine combination last weekend at The Winston that's very similar to the one we're taking back for this weekend. The M&M's team is undergoing some changes from a personnel standpoint. We're trying to make sure we show up every weekend with a chance to be competitive and win races. Robert Yates Racing is working overtime to get DJ and I everything we need to win races and hopefully all of that hard work will start paying dividends this weekend."
VIEW FROM THE PIT BOX WITH CREW CHIEF RAYMOND FOX III:
"We did fix car 119, which is the one Elliott raced in Texas and Atlanta earlier this year. We were very good in that car and expect more of the same."
SPOTTER BRETT GRIFFIN'S VIEW FROM ABOVE THE TRACK:
"The Coke 600 is the longest race of the year from a mileage standpoint but it certainly doesn't seem like the longest race of the year as it transpires. We start in the late evening and finish under the lights. The track always seems to change a lot as the race goes on so you can have a great car early in the race and a not so great car in the later stages. Things tend to happen fast at Lowe's Motor Speedway so I'll be on my toes all night working to keep Elliott and the M&M's team out of trouble."
