Geoffrey Bodine, No. 09 NWC, 39.06/138.249 "We saved a test for here in Miami," Martin said. "We also think that testing here benefits us for the race in Phoenix. We're running pretty well here and we're faster than most but have some more to gain. We got a lot done this morning and still have a day and a half to go." Although veteran Dale Jarrett is out of the championship hunt, he still is looking to find a way to put his No. 88 UPS Ford in victory lane for the season-finale Ford 400. "Handling is the key at this racetrack," Jarrett said. "Finding it is hard. The corners are flat and you have to carry your momentum through the center of the corner and onto the straight-aways. It's not an easy track by any means." Kyle Petty also has a set of goals for the Ford Championship Weekend and predicts race fans will see plenty of good racing in the season finale. "We're not running for a championship out there, but we have a good chance to finish in the top-20 in points and that's very important to us. There will be a lot of good, hard racing here in a few weeks." NASCAR Winston Cup and Busch Series testing continues at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Wednesday, October 30. Testing is free to the public. Tickets remain available for the first-ever Ford Championship Weekend.
