Topic: What do you think of the new track surface at Lowe's Motor Speedway?

Mark Martin, No. 6 Viagra? Ford Taurus: "I love racing at Lowe's Motor Speedway. I think it's the greatest place on earth to race and I still feel that way even though they grounded it. I would have just of soon they didn't, but even though I wish they had not, it's still my favorite place to race."

Greg Biffle, No. 16 Army National Guard Ford Taurus: "I think it's a good change and I think you'll see it lead to better side-by-side racing there. We missed our set-up on it a little for the All-Star race because we didn't know what to expect but I think once everyone figures it out, it'll be good."

Matt Kenseth, No. 17 DEWALT Ford Taurus: "It was hard to gauge the improvement of the track surface during the All-Star Challenge. Right now I feel like I liked it better before. But we'll definitely know more after we run 600 miles on the new surface Sunday night."

Kurt Busch, No. 97 Smirnoff Ice Ford Taurus: "Lowe's Motor Speedway feels like a completely different track now. It seems much faster, more like Atlanta. There is still the look of the "Humpy Bump" going into the first turn, but it's much smoother now."

Carl Edwards, No. 99 Scotts Ford Taurus & No. 60 Charter Communications Ford Taurus: "I like it. I think it made for a wider groove in one and two and it seemed to provide some more grip. I'm up for changing all the tracks to provide more of a challenge. I think once we get our Scotts Ford dialed in we will be able to take better advantage of the new surface."

Todd Kluever, No. 50 World Financial Group Ford F-150: "It's good, but as more and more rubber got down you had a tendency to lose sight of where they ground and where they didn't. You can definitely feel it as far as grip in the track."

Ricky Craven, No. 99 Superchips Ford F-150: "It's fantastic. It's a lot cheaper than repaving the race track, but it feels the same. It's really impressive."
