Elliott Sadler on Atlanta Motor Speedway: "There are quite a few races at mile-and-a-half and two mile-tracks left on the schedule so running well at Atlanta this weekend might help to be a catalyst for success at those other tracks as well. Atlanta is definitely a track I enjoy racing at and I'm really excited to be racing there at night again. I love night racing and I think the fans do too, so we're looking to put on a good show this weekend.
"Todd Parrott and the guys have been working really hard at the shop to make sure we strong Fords and are really prepared for these final 12 races. I think we've made some progress, but we need to work a little more on our consistency. I had the chance to test for a day during the tire test a while back and I think that will help us. We've got some pretty good notes to go by."
Crew Chief Todd Parrott's Thoughts on Atlanta Motor Speedway: "Atlanta is fun. It's fun and exciting racing. It's wide and there are a lot of different groves to race in. You have to have a good balanced car. We're taking the same car we had at Michigan and we're looking forward to that based on how we ran in Chicago and Michigan. It's one of Elliott's better track and he enjoys racing there. I love racing there too, it's awesome. You can see the whole racetrack from certain pit stalls on pit road. It's fast and there are a lot of different grooves to race in. This time around we go in there and practice on Saturday and then we qualify. We do all of our race practice before qualifying and then after qualifying that's it. It should be a lot of fun."
Chassis History: The No. 19 RPM team has prepared chassis No. 280 for this weekend's event. This is the same Ford Fusion the team utilized for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway event, the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway and the spring event in Atlanta.
