ALLEN OUT, BRADBERRY IN AT TRI STAR MOTORSPORTS

By mutual agreement, Loy Allen, Jr., has left Tri Star Motorsports only two races into the 1997 NASCAR Winston Cup Season. He had a 26th place finish at Daytona after crashing hard during one of the 125-mile qualifying races and, without a backup, borrowed the car Rick Mast failed to qualify in. At the second event, Allen was the first out of the race, finishing 43rd.

Gary Bradberry has been named to drive the Child Support Recovery International Ford in the Pontiac Excitement 400 at Richmond International Speedway this weekend.
