TROY AIKMAN STATEMENT REGARDING INDUCTION INTO PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME

INDIANAPOLIS, Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006 -- Hall of Fame Racing will truly become Hall of Fame Racing today when Troy Aikman is inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Aikman co-owns the team with 1985 Hall of Fame inductee Roger Staubach and managing partner Bill Saunders. The team gets engines, cars and technical assistance from Joe Gibbs Racing, owned by 1996 inductee Joe Gibbs.

TROY AIKMAN (Co-Owner, No. 96 DLP HDTV Chevy; 2006 Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee):

"Obviously this is a very exciting weekend for myself and the other Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees. It's a special honor and one that means a great deal to me. We'll still have an eye on the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard, though. Roger and I will be getting updates all afternoon on Sunday. It's one of the biggest races of the season and if we weren't in Canton, we would be in Indy cheering on Tony and the DLP team. Getting inducted into the Hall of Fame and having a good run for the DLP 96 car would make for a great weekend"
