'Dodge' CASCARs set to replace 'Intrepids' on Super Series

April 1, 2004 -- WINDSOR, ON - New for 2004, Team MOPAR will be sporting a new look on the CASCAR Super Series. Performance Fibreglass is currently in the process of producing a new nose to replace the Intrepid that has been in use for the past few seasons on Canada's top stock car racing series.

The new nose will closely mirror that of the Dodge that competes in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup, thereby bringing MOPAR and Dodge together to compete in the CASCAR Super Series.

CASCAR Super Series MOPAR-powered racers will be sporting a new look in 2004. The nose of their cars will change from the 'Intrepid' look (#60 Ron Beauchamp Jr.) to something more in line with the 'Dodge' that is in action on the NEXTEL Cup Series (#19 Jeremy Mayfield).

CASCAR is Canada's premier motorsports sanctioning body, with 28 events held in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. Over 150 race teams across the country compete in CASCAR's three series': the CARQUEST Series, EMCO Western Series, and the Super Series.
