Griddly Headz is taking a prominent position with the CASCAR Super Series as the Edmonton Grand Prix event was titled the Griddly Headz 100 and they will be title sponsor of the Cayuga Speedway Labour Day Classic weekend. The #39 NTN-Bower/Griddly Headz/Nitrex Metal Technologies Dodge Charger team are on the road this weekend again as they travel to Montreal. This will be CASCAR's first appearance on the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve where they will be part of the Champ Car weekend of racing activities. It will also be the final road course event of the year as they finish up the season with three oval events, Cayuga, St. Eustache and the season finale at Kawartha Downs.
The schedule of events for this weekend has CASCAR on the track Friday at 11:45 a.m. for the first practice and again at 4:00 p.m. for the second practice of the day. Qualifying is set for 8:35 a.m. on Saturday morning with the Go-Racing.ca 100 lap feature event following later in the day at 4:00 p.m.
