Auto Clearing Motor Speedway re-branded as Wyant Group Raceway

Saskatoon’s Auto Clearing Motor Speedway has been officially re-named Wyant Group Raceway.

The 0.333-mile oval is located just 3km north of Saskatoon. For years it has featured races of the Super Late Models, Pro-Trucks, Sportsman, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks and the recently formed Bandolero Youth Division, plus a round of the NASCAR Canada series every year.

The new owner of the race track, the Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group promises the development of other events to enhance the community’s tourism and entertainment landscape.

The Group has car dealerships located in Saskatchewan and British Columbia, as well as interests in several other ventures. The existing line up of vehicle brands in Saskatchewan includes Volvo, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, Mercedes, Audi, Smart and Ford.

This year’s round of the NASCAR Pinty’s series is scheduled for August 27.
