Pramac Racing Team at Valencia for the last race of the season
Andrew Iannone and Yonny Hernandez are aiming for good results.
After seventeen exciting MotoGP races it is time for Valencia meaning the last round of the year. Andrea Iannone wants to end his adventure with the Pramac Racing Team with a great weekend. Yonny Hernandez wants to repeat the result of Sepang to finish the season and lay the foundation for future work.
Andrea Iannone has almost completely recovered from the hip and forearm injuries that he suffered in Australia and Malaysia. The week off was providential for the Italian rider who is well prepared for the Grand Prix of Valencia, which will be his last with the colors of the Pramac Racing Team. Andrea is motivated and wants to forget the two zeros of the last two races. Andrea wants to do good also to thank the team that supported him for his first two years in MotoGP.
Yonny Hernandez is fresh off from his best result in MotoGP, obtained two weeks ago in Malaysia. The Colombian rider is concentrated to defend the fifteenth position in the overall standings and finish his first year in MotoGP, which saw him mature as a rider. Monday Yonny can start thinking of the 2015 season, which will see him part of the Pramac Racing Team as first rider.
Andrea Iannone (Pramac Racing): "I feel better, I recovered well since I got back home from Malaysia. The bruises that I had were very painful, I still feel a bit of pain in my left arm but I believe that for Sunday I will be well and be able to face the race at my best. I didn't train from the last race under suggestion of my physiotherapist that has told me that it was better not to risk to stress the muscles. I want to end this season in the best way possible to face the new season in a positive way.”
Yonny Hernandez (EnergyT.I. Pramac Racing): “I’m happy that the last race is in Valencia, I raced here many times when I was in the CEV championship, the tracks here in Spain for me are all home races! I want to do good here and try to do better than last race even if it is going to be very difficult. Beeing the last race of the 2015 season it is very important for me to finish the best way possible and maintain the fifteenth position in the world standings. I’m also eager to try the the GP14.2 on Monday!”
