The Team Pramac d'Antin MotoGp will be at home for the sixth round of the World Championship this weekend, which will take place at the Mugello, not far from the Pramac S.p.A. headquarters. The Tuscan track is one of the most beautiful and spectacular of the peninsula; a real masterpiece usually appreciated a lot by the riders that have the chance to use the full power of their machines. For the Pramac d'Antin MotoGp riders, Alex Hofmann and Jose Luis Cardoso, it will surely be fun with the very powerful and Italian Ducati Desmosedici GP06 "Sat.". The whole Team is very motivated and wish to obtain a good result in front of all their sponsors and thousands of supporters that will be at Mugello for this very attended round of the 2006 MotoGP World Championship. The first session of free practice will be on Friday 2nd June at 10p.m..
Luis d'Antin (Team Manager): "For us, the appointment at Mugello is very important and involving under every point of view. The Team is determined and wish to obtain a good result, especially as we will be in front of so many sponsors and supporters expecting a lot from us. We will do the maximum to make them satisfied, to prime their engagement and the constancy they have with their support. We're working very hard to aim at positions more adequate to us.".
Alex Hofmann #66: "I really like to race at Mugello, in Italy: the atmosphere is fantastic, I like the people and its warmth. It's one of my favourite tracks and I can't wait to race there! It's a really fast track and I love the "Arrabbiate". I like Italy a lot, and its cooking is fabulous. Not at random the "Fiorentina" is a speciality of this area and, on Saturday, there will be a special party in our Hospitality and I will get the chance to taste the best meat ever, cooked by the famous poet-cook Dario Cecchini. Anyway, I really hope we will have the chance to make a good performance, we will be on front of all our sponsors, supporters and friends. To obtain a good result will be very important for everyone of us".
Jose Luis Cardoso #30: "The Mugello circuit is particularly beautiful and I really like it a lot! Besides, I think this track is adapted to our DUCATI; it's very mixed and fast, but also very technical. With my Team, we're working very hard and it would be great to get my first points in the World Championship classification right here in Italy, in front of all our fans and sponsors".
