The World MotoGP Championship returns to Spain this weekend for the Aragon GP, its debut at this level. Dani Pedrosa has a clear objective at Alcañiz: to get his third consecutive victory and his fourth of the season. The Repsol rider is in great form at the moment and is dying to extend his good run in front of a home crowd.

Dani Pedrosa reminds everybody on his blog that the first race in Spain this season did not go exactly as he had planned, and that he could not get his desired win at Montmelo either. But things have changed a lot since then and the Repsol rider is having his best ever season in the top category of motorbike racing and is out to get another victory, this time at Alcañiz.

In the last few races Dani Pedrosa seems to have been racing on another plane, very superior to the rest of the MotoGP riders, but in Alcañiz he will have to keep a special eye on Jorge Lorenzo who will also want to offer his fans a victory on home soil. We cannot forget about Valentino Rossi, Ben Spies, Casey Stoner, or his Repsol teammate Andrea Dovizioso either.

In 125cc Marc Marquez will go to the Aragon GP at the top of the standings. The Spaniard strengthened his position at the top of the classification after getting back to winning ways in the San Marino GP. The riders in 125cc have already ridden at this circuit, called MotorLand, last July and the Repsol rider put in the best time on the second day of official practice.
