Jason Martin throws hat into the ring for this year's Chili Bowl Midget Nationals!
Liberal, KS (January 3rd 2007) When the green flag drops at this years Chili Bowl Midget Nationals there will be a Hitman out on the track, Jason Martin one of the World of Outlaws will be hitting the track in his bright red #36 Ellis Chassis with Fontana Racing Engines power. This will be Jason's first crack at the Chili Bowl and his first track action since the World of Outlaws closed out the season at Vegas in late October. Last year Martin ran the Tulsa Shootout in the A class and the multi class. The young hot shoe was bitten and ready to go back for the Chili Bowl.
In addition to the Ellis Chassis it was the effort of many to make this possible for Martin. Dan's Body Shop, (Jason's Dad's business) Speedway Motors of Lincoln, NE, Sander Engineering, Butler Built Professional Seating Systems, Advanced Suspension, Sprint Car Exchange, Rod End Supply and New Vision Graphics. Martin's World of Outlaw sponsors NOS Energy Drink and Mafia Motorsports have also joined in.
"This has been a race I have always wanted to run." Said Martin. "Everybody pitched in to make this possible. My dad and mom are such huge supporters of my racing and I just have to thank them as well as Speedway Motors, Sander Engineering, Butler Built, Sprint Car Exchange, Advanced Suspension, Rod End Supply and New Vision Graphics. Oklahoma is a strong market for NOS Energy Drink as well and they are coming down with samples. Mafia has a booth at this race as well. This is fun and it is also a good tune up for the upcoming World of Outlaws season."
Jason Martin and the team will once again be joing the World of Outlaws tour starting in Barbersville, FL in mid February.
