The GT3-R was born from the same engineering and technology used by the SRT Viper GTS-R which competes in the American Le Mans Series and at Le Mans. Its engine, chassis, suspension, electronics and aerodynamics are a direct correlation to the GTS-R.

Powered by the tried and true Viper V-10 race engine, the GT3-R churns out 680-horsepower and 640-lb.-ft. of torque. The GT3-R is eligible to compete in FIA GT3, United SportsCar Racing GT Daytona, Pirelli World Challenge GT, NARRA and SCCA/NASA.

Cost for the car, which will take delivery in late 2013 for competition is $459,000 USD.
