The Bully Clutches Gold Cup Series will hold their season opening Michigan Kart Supply Nationals on March 20 -- 22, 2009 at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, NC. Pre-entries must be received by March 11, 2009 for this event. Also on that weekend, the WKA / Dunlop Tire National Road Racing Series driven by Mazda will run their second event of the season at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, SC. WKA will start accepting pre-entries for this event beginning February 11, 2009 and must be received by March 11, 2009.

With a slight change in the season opener for the Briggs & Stratton Speedway Dirt Series, Kershaw, SC's Hanging Rock Kartway will be first-time hosts for the Briggs & Stratton Dirt Nationals the weekend of March 27 -- 29, 2009. All pre-entries must be received by March 18, 2009. OCR Action Sports Park, located in Rougemont, NC will be the first stop for the Rage Karts Speedway Pavement Series on the weekend of April 3 -- 5, 2009. All pre-entries for the Hodge Racing Supplies Nationals need to be turned into the office by March 25, 2009.

The second event for the Briggs & Stratton Speedway Dirt Series will be held at Margarettsville (NC) Speedway on the weekend of April 24 -- 26, 2009. The Bordeaux Dyno Cams Nationals pre-entries must be received by April 15, 2009.
