Man Cup Zoom Zoom Nationals To Feature Live Video Webcast At Road America

06.09.2009 (Indianapolis) -- RaceFanRadio president and CEO Charlie Brown has confirmed the Internet media outlet will continue an ongoing collaboration with SpeedcastTV.com for a live video webcast of the WKA George Kugler / Bridgestone Manufacturer's Cup Zoom Zoom Nationals at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wis., the weekend of July 10-12, 2009.

"We are in our third season with our media partners at RaceFanRadio.com and can't wait to bring the guys from SpeedcastTV to Road America," said WKA executive director Van Gilder. "There are a lot of great things happening at WKA and elevating our media coverage is a high priority for our sponsors, teams and members."

The multi-camera webcast will continue the trend to bring high quality video streaming into the karting industry while incorporating "network TV-type production" with enhanced graphics, live timing and scoring and pre-produced video packages among numerous other broadcast elements. As mentioned, the video production company collaborating on the project is Michigan-based SpeedcastTV.com, a veteran of numerous road racing and karting projects over the last three years.

SpeedcastTV President Clark Cambern said, "SpeedcastTV is on the cutting-edge of online racing video, and I'm very excited to be partnering with a karting series and radio team that are also pushing the envelope. Karting offers some of the best racing around and we're going to continue to elevate the coverage that the sport deserves."

A complete broadcast schedule will be made available on RaceFanRadio.com and SpeedcastTV.com as fans can tune in for the live video call of Saturday and Sunday's qualifying, heats and finals. Live pre- and post-race coverage will include the entire weekend's activities with interviews with the racers making the headlines.

An extremely limited number of sponsors will receive a lucrative added value as each ad package includes Live and On-Demand insertion during the broadcast, which will be viewed by over 25,000 karting fans. Please contact Ray Verhelst at 702.545.5822 or RayVerhelst@RaceFanRadio.com for more information regarding this.
