Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship presented by Toronto Star Wheels picks Roth, Rempel, Di Leo, Pritiko, Givogue, Meeks, Patrick, Wickens, Usher and Bilotta for Evaluation Day

INNISFIL, ONTARIO The Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship presented by Toronto Star Wheels has sent out the 'call' for 10 drivers from this year's championship to be present at the 2004 Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship Evaluation Day. "This is out third group of selections, it gets tougher each year," Fellows said after the attendees were named.

Leading the group are Formula Senior champ Mike Roth, Canada Senior Heavy runner up Jennifer Rempel and Formula Senior driver Tyler Givogue, who are all in for their second try at making the Sunoco Utlra 94 team. "I think I am more mature this time around," says Roth. "I think that will help. Last time I was fast, but inconsistency killed me." Givogue thinks this time he knows how to win. "I know how to do it this year," he said. "You have to be consistent and fast. It is a big help to listen to the instructors there it will help." Rempel is delighted to head back to the Evaluation Day. "Last time I was so nervous, but this time it will be better. At least now I have driven a standard!"

Joining the 'returnees' are double class champion Marco Di Leo, and final round Formula Senior winner Cale Meeks. "I think it will be great," Di Leo said. "I hope to do well." Meeks also is looking forward to the opportunity. "I am glad to be picked." Canada Senior Light front runner Dave Patrick was surprised to make the Evaluation day. "I was really surprised considering my season. I am really happy; I hope to make the most of it."

Rounding out the group are the youngsters. Robert Wickens was second in Rotax Max Senior, while Corey Usher and Adriano Bilotta were one-two in World Formula. "I don't have any expectations," Wickens said. "All I can hope for is to do my best."
