Next Saturday night at The Greenwood Valley Action Track, located 3 1/2 miles east of Millville, is Racer's Tribute Memorial Race time with a $500 to win incentive. Guaranteed starting spots in this top event were won by the first and second place finishers in the 270cc Micro Sprint Feature this weekend. Sean Stolz, Bloomsburg, managed a first place finish in the event while Sean (Hollywood) Good, Middleburg picked up second place. Added to the win was an additional $100 dollars in the winner's purse provided by Bill Crawford Auto and Trailer Sales, Bloomsburg. Bill was a long time racer and now sells trailers to racers as well as the cars to pull them. In the third spot in the micro feature was Ross Perchak, Hazelton, A.J. Bast was fourth and Colby Womer, Mt. Pleasant Mills, came in fifth. Sixth in the running was Joe Bednarski, Plymouth, seventh was Eric Heydenreich, Bloomsburg, David Utt, also from Bloomsburg, was eighth while Scott Kishbaugh, Nescopeck, was ninth and Hoss Uhrin, Freeland, was tenth.

In Sportsman Micro Sprint 250cc Feature Colby Womer was the winner followed by Jim Reese, Bloomsburg, nearly half a track behind Womer, and third was Craig Fox, Bloomsburg. Kirk Miller was fourth, Scott Correll, fifth and Rick Rubenstein in the final spot.

The Rookie Micro Sprint Finale provided the third win for Adam Romig, a fourth will boot him out of the Rookies. In second place was Deb Arner, Berwick, while Hackettstown, New Jersey's, Jeff Schall, was third. In the fourth spot was Brian Broscius, while in fifth it was Kevin Hefflefinger and in sixth position was Todd Letteer, Millville. Aaron Rinehimer managed a seventh place finish, Dave Fulton was eighth and Jeff Gyurina and Caesar Bordo, Scranton finished out the field.

The Greenwood Valley Action Track thanks Bill Crawford Auto and Trailer Sales on Route 11 north of Bloomsburg for the added purse in the Micro and Kart features. Next week is the Racer's Tribute Memorial race for 270cc Micro Sprints with a purse of $500 so the action will be even more exciting. Gates open at 3, warm-ups at 4:30 and racing begins at 5:30 at Greenwood Valley. See you at The Action Track.
