Sean "Hollywood" Good, Middleburg, has had a good week.  With a brand new chassis finished just hours before the races began at Selinsgrove Raceway on Friday night, Good chalked up a victory and on Saturday night at The Greenwood Valley Action Track, did it again.  Hollywood won the pole for the 270cc Micro Sprint Feature and was not passed for the entire feature event.  Ross Perchak, Hazelton, managed a second place finish, Jesse Hartman was third, and in the fourth spot was Brian Kishbaugh, Nescopeck.  Chad Phillips driving for Skeetz Hockenbrock, Paxinos, who is recovering from an operation, came in fifth.  In the sixth position was Pat Bealer, Northampton, seventh was Eric Heydenreich, Bloomsburg, and eighth was Rob Pajauis, Asbury, NJ, ninth David Utt, Bloomsburg, and in tenth place was Chad Thomas, New Berlin.

In the 250cc Sportsman Micro Sprint Feature Brian Kishbaugh was the winning driver with Joel VanBuskirk, Selinsgrove, running in second spot.  Kevin Hayle, Bloomsburg, was third and another Kishbaugh from Nescopeck, this time Scott, was fourth.  Johnny Gearhart, Bloomsburg, fifth, Craig Fox, Bloomsburg sixth, and Ralph Ferraro, North Plainfield, NJ, was seventh.

An emotional Nunzi Allegrucci, Jermyn, who has been trying for his second win of the season for months, won the Rookie Micro Sprint Main.  Tom Michalesko, Freeland, was the second place finisher and Matt Bower was third.  Tim Suydam, Lehighton, was fourth, and Nate Snyder was fifth. In sixth through tenth place Caesar Bordo, Scranton; John Gross, Harvey's Lake; John Casella; Jeff Evens; and Deb Arner, Berwick.

Sean Good and Ross Perchak have been guaranteed starting positions in the Labor Day weekend contest next Saturday night.  That race will be over just as the annual Labor Day Corn Roast gets underway.  Come early and stay late to enjoy racing and sweet corn at The Greenwood Valley Action Track with gates opening at 3 and racing beginning at about 5:30.  The Figure 8 event coming up will be on Friday night, October 3 at Greenwood Valley.  See you at The Action Track.
