"CKI TaG Senior driver will look to rack up the results in Phoenix"

May 10, 2010 -- Miinch Motorsports driver Taylor Miinch will be back behind the wheel of his P1 Engines powered Top Kart this coming weekend at the second round of the WSK North American Series by CKI. With the event taking place at the PKRA facility in Phoenix, Arizona, Miinch will look to battle for race wins and valuable championship points in the CKI TaG Senior division.

"The first WSK event at New Castle wasn't the best for us and our results proved that," expressed Miinch from his home in California. "We have had several podiums and race wins in 2010 and I look to get back on that track this weekend. New Castle provided us with some hard luck but I am determined to turn that around and stand atop the podium again."

The up and coming California driver will use a Steven Barros tuned Top Kart chassis powered by a P1 Engines prepared Parilla Leopard in his fight for victory. With a fast and technical track in Phoenix, Miinch and his complete package will have to be in top form to run at the front of the pack.

Miinch added, "I love the PKRA facility and have raced there a few times in the past having great results. The local drivers are always fast there as well as I am sure all the championship contenders will be so we will have to be on our game."

Though Miinch has not been behind the wheel of his kart since the last WSK North American Series event over a month ago, the senior level pilot has been running in the American Speed Association (ASA) Truck Series in California. Noted as one of the top drivers in the running for the ASA Rookie-of-the-Year award, Miinch has consistently run in the top five in his first two events.
