Dunlop CIK Karting Championship announces new incentive for drivers.

27 March, 2003 - The drivers competing in the Intercontinental A class at the opening round of the 2003 Dunlop Australian CIK Championship this weekend now have even more incentive to win thanks to Formula 4000 team Pure Power.

In a cross promotional agreement between the Australian Karting Association and Pure Power of NSW the winner of the tough Intercontinental A class this weekend will receive a test drive in a Formula 4000.

Formerly known as Formula Holden a Formula 4000 car is the fastest form of Motorsport in Australia.

"This is an exciting step for the series to join forces with Pure Power and provide extra incentive for the competitors to challenge for the win," said series co-ordinator Craig Denton.

"The Dunlop CIK Championship is the fastest and highest profile karting series in Australia and to give one of our top drivers a test in a Formula 4000 is great for both the competitors and the Championship."
