GILFORD, ONTARIO - (January 21, 2004) Seventeen-year-old Ashley Hiltz has signed with Holgate Motorsports Inc. for the 2004 Racing Season. Team Manager John Holgate made the announcement of the Scarborough, Ontario driver joining the team today.

"I am delighted to have Ashley join Holgate Motorsports," Team Manager John Holgate said. "Everyone here, including our other drivers join me in welcoming her to our team. Ashley brings a new dimension to our team and will compliment Brad LeLiever and Matt Stovold this year."

Ms. Hiltz accomplishments are many, particularly in F-125/ICC competition. At the 2003 Canadian GrandNationals, she won the F-125 race, taking home a coveted "Bear Trophy" - the second of her career, the first came in 2001.

Hiltz also took home the top spot in ICC at the 2002 Valleyfield Grand Prix in Quebec in 2002 to go along with a creditable 4th place at the SKUSA Pro Moto Tour at Norway, Illinois.

HIltz will compete in a Holgate Motorsports prepared CMP Chassis in the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship in 2004 and focus her efforts on claiming the RotaxMax Sr championship. Joining her will be teammates Brad LeLiever - who finished 2nd in the F-1200 Issaco/ Kumho Tires Series and Matt Stovold who was The Innisfil Kart Club Rotax Max Champion. Hiltz is expected to add to an already strong team.

Hiltz is also expected to compete in the Issaco/Kumho F-1200 Series in an arrangement made by Holgate Motorsports Inc. Hiltz will test the car early in the spring in preparation for the upcoming 2004 season.
