Dan Wheldon, No. 4 National Guard Dallara Honda

"It was a difficult day for myself and the Panther Racing National Guard team, but we're going to continue to work hard and I'm sure we'll turn it around like we always do. We would have liked to have started off this first day better, but as a group we're used to challenges and we like challenges and whenever we're faced with a challenge we normally beat it. So I expect to be strong tomorrow and continue to work towards a good race."
