Tony Kanaan on the Firestone Indy 200:

"Team 7-Eleven is taking everything race-by-race, looking to maximize our points for the championship. We had a good run last year at Nashville until we got caught in a long caution period. We were on a different pit strategy, so that put me back in the field a bit. But, I led the race and had a good car, so I don't see why I shouldn't have a strong run this weekend."

Eric Cowdin, Race Engineer, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone, on the Firestone Indy 200:

"Nashville is a very unique place in the fact that it's not quite a superspeedway, but it's not a short oval; it's somewhere in between. Plus, it has a concrete surface, which makes it very challenging. Even with the new IRL IndyCar Series aero package, the cars are still doing close to 200 miles per hour, so it will be exciting. All in all, I think with the package that we have, including the Honda engines and our recent performances, we look to have another strong outing."
