Bryan Herta, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"Despite the weather, we at least got to feel the car. It is supposed to be cooler on race day, but maybe not this cool. I'm pretty happy with the XM Satellite Radio car, but I really only did one outing. During our second run, the track went yellow and during our third run, it started to rain and that concluded our session. I don't feel like we got much done, but the good thing is the car started in a good place, so I'll feel good overnight."
Marco Andretti, #26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We came here with a really comfortable car. I think I could have been a little better getting the NYSE car up to speed but I was just being cautious. There's still a lot left in the car, which is good and we know what we need to do to get there."
Dario Franchitti, #27 Klein Tools/Jim Beam Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We went out on our first run and had a pretty big imbalance in the car probably due to the track conditions as much as our setup. We made some changes to the Klein Tools/Jim Beam car and I was just getting to grips when the yellow came out for Hornish's crash and then it rained, so it was kind of an uneventful day today."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"The Team 7-Eleven car felt very good early in the session, which is when we recorded our best lap. Then the track went away as the temperature dropped. I would expect the track conditions to be improved tomorrow, but for what we had today, it was a good lap and I'm happy with what we did today."
