Team 7-Eleven Driver Tony Kanaan 2006 Firestone Indy 400 Fact Sheet

Tony Kanaan on the Firestone Indy 400:

"Winning last week at Milwaukee was very nice. We knew we could still do it and we did. But now we have to move on and get ready for Michigan. We tested there last week and will take what we learned and do everything we can to put Team 7-Eleven in a position to win again."

Eric Cowdin, Race Engineer, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone, on the Firestone Indy 400:

"Team 7-Eleven will be taking good momentum to the Michigan race this weekend after our win in Milwaukee. We are continuing to work very hard to improve our performances this year and see the final four races as opportunities to end the season with a few more wins. The high-speed track at Michigan is a true test of both engineering and driver skill. To be quick, the car will be at the minimum of downforce which tests the skill of the driver, particularly in a four-car draft which further reduces the downforce."
