Marco Andretti, #26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"The NYSE team has been working on race setups to this point. We still have some work to do because the speed isn't quite there yet and the car isn't all that happy in traffic. Like I say, we have some work to do but we're making progress."
Bryan Herta, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"I'm much happier with the XM Satellite Radio car than I was at the test. It was a good first day for us. We were solid. We're not where we want to be yet, but we're solid. I really want to get this season started on the right foot and we're well on our way to doing that, so I'm happy."
Dario Franchitti, #27 Klein Tools/Jim Beam Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"The Klein Tools/Jim Beam team is working toward the race. It is so difficult to tell what everybody is doing with tows and no tows. We're looking for a feeling out of the car right now more than we're looking for a lap time and we're getting close to that. Tony (Kanaan), Marco (Andretti), Bryan (Herta) and I have some pretty different setups, so we're going to pick the best one and run with it."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We are working on making the #11 Team 7-Eleven car fast and comfortable. We're still a little behind, but we also still have all of Saturday and Sunday morning to get there. I'm not really complaining because being fourth isn't all that bad. But I think we can still improve the car a little bit more."
