Curb Records Team eager to get back to short ovals.

With three races to go in a season filled with ups and downs, driver Billy Boat is keeping the positive attitude that has been his hallmark all year. After two front row starts in the past three races, Boat will continue his effort at the Gateway Indy 250 on August 25th.

The CURB/Agajanian/Boat Indy Racing team is energized and ready and going after their first win of the season at the 1.25-mile non-symmetrical oval. The Gateway International Raceway, located in Madison, IL, just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, is unusual in shape -- Turn 1 and Turn 2 are tight and Turn 3 and Turn 4 are fairly flat.

Billy Boat is looking forward to the tricky track, and knows that a good set-up and driver skill are priorities this weekend, "I'm looking forward to getting back on the short ovals. I think the CURB Records team is positioned to do well on short oval tracks - we have a lot of experience. The car has been good all season on the shorter tracks. It'll be nice to get back to where the driver plays a little bit bigger role."

In addition, the team has benefited from a surge in power since switching to an Infiniti motor in July, but Boat knows that it takes more than horsepower to win a race, "The car is running great; the Infiniti power has worked well for our team. It just seems that the last 3-4 races we just haven't been able to get a break. Hopefully, Gateway will be the place we can finally break into the Top 5 or Victory Lane. I think we made great improvements in the pits during our pit stops in Kentucky. We've very excited and pumped up to get back to the track this weekend."

The Gateway Indy 250 starts at 3:00pm (EDT) on Sunday, Aug. 25 with pre- race activities beginning at 2:30pm -- both will air live on ESPN. Practice and qualifying takes place on Aug. 24.
