Danica Patrick, #7 Motorola Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"Nashville offers a lot of different challenges that we'll have to handle well. The concrete surface is tricky and it's also a difficult place to pass, so you have to get your car working well and be able to take advantage of the few opportunities you get to gain positions. Hopefully, we can put the Motorola car up front and give ourselves an easier night on Saturday."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"Nashville is truly a unique race track. The track surface is unlike any we race anywhere else. Although I like racing there, we've had mixed results in the Team 7-Eleven car. Outside of the win in 2004, we've never felt like we finished where we wanted to. We've got seven races left and we're still in the championship hunt but we have to start winning races again if we want to get back to the top."
Marco Andretti, #26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"Nashville is a difficult track, but one I was able to adapt to pretty quickly last year. It drives a lot like a short oval because of the concrete surface. The NYSE team is back on track and we're getting closer to our first win of the year. We've got seven races left and we want to win as many of them as possible."
Dario Franchitti, #27 Canadian Club Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"I am really looking forward to going back to Nashville because it is my home track. It is a very difficult track with few chances to pass and the concrete surface makes the setup even more critical. The Canadian Club team has been good on the shorter ovals so far this year. I hope we can have a successful weekend and gain some of the points back in the championship that we lost to (Scott) Dixon in Watkins Glen."
Jaime Camara, #11 oso*fresh Dallara/Firestone
"Last weekend was a tough weekend for the oso*fresh team. The important thing for us now is to move past this and look for a consistent weekend. This is a weekend that we need to get some momentum going for the rest of the season. I enjoy racing at Nashville and hopefully the oso*fresh team can finally get our first win of the season."
