Entry list for the 2016 Honda Indy Toronto

This weekend’s Honda Indy Toronto is Round 11 of the 2016 Verizon IndyCar Series, the premier open-wheel series in North America.

The IndyCar Series competes on a challenging combination of super-speedways, short ovals, scenic road courses and temporary street circuits.

The 11-turn, 1.75-mile Toronto street course at Exhibition Place is tight and has led to cars attempting to squeeze past each other in turns. Many times, only one makes it out unscathed. A long frontstretch leading into the Turn 1 Princes Gate, a hard right-hander, is a great place for overtaking.

Sébastien Bourdais, Will Power, Ryan Hunter-Reay, Scott Dixon and Josef Newgarden are all past winners of the Toronto IndyCar race.
