JOURDAIN JR. HAS A GOOD DRIVE IN TORONTO

Herdez-Viva Mexico! driver Michel Jourdain Jr. gave a good performance in today's race at Toronto, despite the contact with Alex Barron. He started from the 24th spot and finished 18th.

Michel Jourdain Jr., Car # 19 Herdez-Viva Mexico! Team: "Regarding the accident with Barron, when he tried to overtake me I went by on the inside and I thought he braked, instead he was beside me and then we made contact in turn 3. My car went up in the air, but it had no damage. So, I continued in the race. Later I calmed down to try to recover positions and I did. Unfortunately, during my last pit stop I pushed the speed limiter button and I think I didn't do it well and I had a drive through penalty, which cost me one lap. Happily, we finished the race despite the fact the car had a lot of push and the brakes weren't working well".

Antonio Marron, Motorsports Director of the Herdez-Viva Mexico! Team: "We are very happy with Michel's performance, he fought for his positions and gave a good performance. Happily the car was not damaged by the accident".
