Reynard Motorsport wrapped up the 1999 CART Constructors Championship in the Fedex Championship Series at the Chicago Grand Prix last weekend, with 5 races still remaining this season. An unassailable lead of 314 points to second placed constructor, Swift, with 187 points, gives this world beating company a fifth consecutive Constructors title. An impressive 63 wins and 69 poles have been achieved by Reynard Champ Cars since entering the series at the beginning of 1994, competing in exactly 100 races to date.

Thirteen wins from fifteen starts this year has put Reynard clear of all its rivals in the Constructors Championship. Seven victorious Reynard drivers have contributed to this success, including Juan Montoya, driving for the Ganassi Racing team, who has notched up a record breaking six wins in his first season of Champ Cars.

Reynard Motorsport entered the Champ Car Series in 1994, winning first time out with Michael Andretti and Ganassi Racing. Since this debut, Reynard Champ Cars have gone from strength to strength, dominating the Championship since the 1995 season. With seven podium sweeps this season, including four consecutive 1-2-3's in the last four races, Reynard is set to continue its record breaking tradition.
