During the FedEx Championship Series open test at Chicago Motor Speedway on July 6 and 7, the grandstands will be open to the public free of charge. In addition to grandstand access, members of the CART Winner's Circle Fan Club will receive free, exclusive access to the paddock/garage area at the track during the two-day test. If you're not a WCFC member, you will have the opportunity to join the club on-site for $14.99 (for U.S. residents).

Members of the Winner's Circle Fan Club receive discounts on merchandise, race tickets and publications, as well as a customized 2000 kit. The kit includes a fan club racing hat, a fan club pewter key chain, a racing-themed mouse pad, a welcome letter from 2000 WCFC chairman Tony Kanaan, and an active Fan Scan membership card.

WCFC members or those wishing to join the Winner's Circle Fan Club must obtain a credential from registration at the track. Registration will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6 and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 7. The Champ Cars are scheduled to be on-track from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. on both days of the test.
