Justin qualifies 3rd at Milwaukee Mile

Justin delivered his career-best Champ Car oval qualification on Friday at the historic Milwaukee Mile with a flying lap of 21.125 (175.876-mph) in preparation for Saturday's Time Warner Cable Road Runner 225. Justin's 3rd place start also contributed to the best RuSPORT team qualifying effort to date, with team-mate A.J. Allmendinger 0.016 seconds ahead in 2nd place.

Justin currently sits 3rd in the Drivers Championship and hopes for a strong race to continue his early season charge. 'I'm very pleased with qualifying without a doubt. I'm extremely happy to be up there for the start on an oval; I wasn't really expecting it. My engineer Todd (Malloy) really helped by talking me through the day and the sessions. Our result for the team is clearly a carry over from a successful test here at the Mile last month. A.J. (Allmendinger) and I have learned a lot since our last oval race, so we'll apply that and see how it unfolds.'

Jeremy Dale, Team President of RuSPORT was also delighted with the team's qualifying efforts. 'Justin and the #9 RuSPORT guys should be congratulated on a great result. They have a great race car for Saturday so I'm expecting a very solid run for Justin.'
