Race venues for the inaugural Shelby Cobra Challenge series were announced at Mid-Ohio today. The "senior tour" series will see former champions race in identically prepared, new production CSX 4000 Shelby Cobras, which resembles the original Cobra introduced in the sixties. Tracks interested in hosting the series next year include Portland, Road America, Laguna Seca, Watkins Glen and Mid-Ohio.
