Michel Jourdain Jr., Car #16, Herdez/Bettenhausen Motorsports: "The car had a lot of push entering the turns and exiting it developed a loose condition. It was very windy. We needed more track time."

Tom Brown, Managing Director/Chief Engineer, Herdez/Bettenhausen: "Tomorrow we will have to be aggressive during the race, for sure."

In 1998, Jourdain Jr. started from the 23rd spot and finished in the points with a 12th place finish. For tomorrow's race, Michel hopes to come home again within the points.
